★★★★I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by this driving school. Their primary focus is purely financial rather than quality training. Despite holding a valid driving license for the past four years, I joined this institution solely to polish my driving skills. I was assigned to Biju, the main instructor, who proved to be highly unprofessional. Throughout the sessions, he was constantly on his mobile phone and offered no actual guidance except for occasionally saying "look left" or "look right." Whenever I asked a question, he showed extreme reluctance and impatience. Furthermore, the school suffers from severe mismanagement; they schedule multiple students for the same time slot, forcing us to wait for hours and showing zero respect for our time. Before enrolling, I was assured that a 6-hour package costing ₹3,500 would make me confident enough to drive independently. However, the instructor consistently used demotivating language and concluded the package by claiming I was still unfit to drive. This is clearly a tactic to extract more money for additional packages or long-distance trips. He watches the clock rather than assessing student progress or correcting mistakes. He is arguably the worst driving instructor I have encountered. I highly recommend avoiding this driving school as it is a complete waste of time and money. Let me share a personal experience I witnessed there. An elderly lady passed her 'H' test but failed the road test. Normally, a good driving school would focus on teaching her the specific skills needed to pass that failed test. But here, instead of giving her one or two extra classes to help her improve, Biju forced her to take the entire 6-hour package for ₹3,500. She absolutely did not need a full course, as she had already finished her initial training. Providing one or two corrective sessions is a basic part of student service, especially since she only failed the road test. But he is unwilling to provide even that much support to his own students. He only shows care and pays attention to the children of people he personally knows. If you look at their Google reviews, you will notice that the 5-star ratings have only one or two likes, whereas the negative reviews have a high number of likes. This clearly proves that their positive reviews are completely fake and manipulated. Do not be fooled by their high Google rating. I am writing this in such detail so that no one else falls into this trap. Even though he boasts about having 30 years of experience, he has absolutely no teaching skills. He never explains any driving techniques or technicalities. It feels like he expects us to learn by crashing the car. His only goal is to make the hour pass. Since you paid money, he just lets you sit in the car and drive blindly for an hour—that’s it. It is entirely useless. No one who gets a license from this place will be capable of driving on the road safely. They will eventually have to join another driving school or seek someone else's help to actually learn road driving. That is how pathetic his teaching methodology is. I have personal experience with both Biju and another instructor named Jerry. I have sat in classes with both of them, and neither of them knows how to teach. They only value the hourly rate. Their only strategy is to somehow kill time for an hour by making the student drive in circles around the ground until the session ends. Please do not get trapped here. Only go to them if you know them personally. When you first approach them, they will treat you with immense love and respect until they collect your money. The moment they get paid, their attitude completely changes. They won't guide you, they won't tell you where to improve; they will just sit blankly in the passenger seat. Beware of such people's in life. Actually I don't want to give them even one star but this is how it's works.Thankyou for considering my opinion 🙏.
